RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and Exchanges If the products are not satisfactory you can request a refund or an exchange. The conditions for exchanges and returns are as follows:

 

Return Procedure

The purchased goods can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date;

Returns made after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Tesori di Capri which refunds the full cost of the products returned by the Customer provided they are accompanied by the return authorization issued by tesoridicapri.com. The refund, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the same credit and debit card used for the purchase or to the current account used for the bank transfer. To carry out the return procedure you must send an email to info@tesoridicapri.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please remember that we do not accept replacements or returns of orders that include engravings or any type of personalization.

To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by tesoridicapri.com. The email with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package.

Tesori di Capri sends with the return authorization a pre-filled sheet with the destination address to be applied on the package.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.

Products must be returned in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.

Returning the product does not involve payment of shipping costs.

Print the return authorization and the return proforma invoice sent via email. Book the collection by contacting Tesori di Capri and send an email confirming receipt of the return and activating the refund procedure. The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 days from the date on which Tesori di Capri received the returned product in the conditions indicated.

 

 

 

Return conditions

The products to be returned must not have been used or damaged.

    

Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

To make a return, please refer to the "Return Procedure" paragraph.

You change

It is possible to replace the product purchased only with another similar size within 15 days from the delivery date and provided that it is available.

Changes requested after the indicated deadline may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Tesori di Capri. To make the change you need to send an email with the change request to info@tesoridicapri.com . Unauthorized exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to the methods indicated in the "Return Procedures" paragraph.

Returning the product does not involve payment of shipping costs. Indicate the new size, respecting the conditions set out in the return procedure. If you wish to exchange for another item we recommend requesting a refund and making a new purchase separately.

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.

 

Defective goods

 

The jewels are made with natural materials by the expert craftsmanship of our master goldsmiths. Every imperfection is to be considered part of the uniqueness of the work.

 

Products received which are already damaged or which show lack of conformity are considered defective.

It is possible to request an exchange for the defective product within 15 days from the delivery date, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges. In such cases, tesoridicapri.com will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.

 

The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without further shipping costs.

If replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Tesori di Capri will refund you. The refund, including shipping costs when the product is originally defective, is made to the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for payment. Refunds

The Customer not satisfied with the product received can exercise the return within 15 days from the delivery date. Please refer to the same methods of returning the products expressed in the Returns/Exchanges paragraph.

 The refund of the price of the returned products takes place within 15 working days from the date on which Tesori di Capri Gioielli  received the returned product in the conditions indicated.

The refund is made to the same credit and debit card used by the Customer for the

payment, shipping costs excluded (unless the products are originally defective).
